What could be the message for the Day of Dance in 2023?
For this work, I created a musical and choreographic score assembled according to a specific and simple algorithm. The algorithm is based on the numbers 1984, which themselves carry a particular meaning. The choreography is directly linked to this logic and is not connected by a pre-conceived narrative. The action is strictly structured; there is no mistake or sensitivity within it, and all solos follow the same rule and rhythm. This forms a formal and non-obvious dramaturgy, especially given the time and place in which the work was created.
